The next symptom is fatigue. When your cells don’t have enough sugar in them, your body will become tired.

The last of the most common symptoms of type 2 diabetes is weight loss. While it may seem counterintuitive that while eating more you end up losing weight. However, without the ability to metabolize glucose, our body will use other sources of energy. Two of those other sources of energy are muscles and fat.

When you select your foods, choose ones that are low in fat and calories and choose ones that are high in fiber. The next way to ward off or improve type 2 diabetes is to get physical. You need to try for 30 minutes of physical exercise per day. Lastly, you need to lose extra weight. It has been reported that even a modest 7% loss in weight can reduce your risk of developing diabetes.
