Watermelon Seed Tea For Kidney Cleansing and Stones

Grind the watermelon seeds either using a blender or a coffee grinder. The seeds can be removed from a fresh store-bought watermelon and do not have to be purchased separately. Watermelon seeds need to be fresh, so purchasing dried watermelon seeds is not advised.

Bring the water to a boil over high heat on the stove top. Pour the boiling water over the ground watermelon seeds. Allow the watermelon seeds to steep in the boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool and strain the liquid.
